KR Market Gurukul reserves the right to alter, suspend, or modify any term, condition, or policy related to program admissions without prior notice. Decisions regarding admissions are based on compliance with the requisite terms and conditions of the concerned program.
Program Changes and Cancellations
KR Market Gurukul reserves the right to: Allow, reject, alter, cancel, suspend, or hold any program or related aspects, including eligibility, admission, duration, conduct, syllabus, venue, examinations, certifications, fee adjustments, and candidate replacements, without prior notice. Make decisions regarding these changes, which shall be final and binding.
Refund Policy
No Refunds: No refunds of fees will be provided to candidates who have registered and paid for a program.
Program Rescheduling or Cancellation by Institute: If KR Market Gurukul reschedules or cancels a program after payment of fees:
Future Attendance: Candidates may attend the same program on a future launch date within the same financial year, subject to prior approval from KR Market Gurukul. Candidates must submit a written application within 5 working days of receiving the rescheduling notice.
Alternative Program: If the same program is not scheduled for a future date, candidates may attend another program with a similar fee amount within 30 days of receiving the rescheduling or cancellation notice, subject to discretion and prior approval from KR Market Gurukul.
Replacement/Exchange: If a program is rescheduled or canceled by KR Market Gurukul, candidates may replace or exchange their registration with another eligible candidate, subject to discretion and prior approval. Candidates must submit a written application within 5 working days of receiving the rescheduling or cancellation notice.
Fee Adjustment: If a program is rescheduled, candidates may opt to adjust or remit the fees paid towards another program offered by KR Market Gurukul for which they are eligible. Candidates must submit a written application within 5 working days of receiving the rescheduling notice. Candidates who have attended any lecture(s) of the program will not be eligible for this option.
Disputes and Liability
Any disputes or issues regarding program eligibility, admission, duration, conduct, syllabus, venue, examinations, certifications, fee adjustments, or candidate replacements should be addressed to KR Market Gurukul. The decision of KR Market Gurukul shall be final and binding.
KR Market Gurukul shall not be liable for any loss, damages, or liability arising from registration, rescheduling, replacement, or cancellation of programs or any other related aspect.
